Shipping policy

At Arohfrag, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure every perfume is carefully packed and delivered in perfect condition. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund guidelines below:


✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used perfumes.

  • Products purchased during special sale/discount events (unless damaged/defective).

  • Gift cards and promotional items.


🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/video.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per your preference.


💰 Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received back, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card).

  • For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.


🔄 Exchanges

  • At this time, direct exchanges are not available. If you wish to try another fragrance, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
